We want you to love your Hudson Jeans, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and include the packing slip inside your package.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.
